Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to publish a job?
A few minutes. You pick the field and say what you are looking for; the assistant writes the ad and proposes the screening questions, which you can edit or replace. On publishing, the job gets a TrendCareer phone number, live immediately. There is nothing technical to set up: no phone system, no forwarding, no installation.
What happens when a candidate calls?
The agent answers right away, in Romanian, at any hour. It tells the candidate up front that they are speaking with an assistant, asks for consent to record, then asks your job's questions and lets the candidate ask their own. Afterwards you get the per-criterion score, the full transcript and the recording, and the candidate lands straight in your shortlist. Anyone who would rather speak to a person can say so, and you are notified.
Do candidates accept talking to an AI assistant?
Yes, in practice they do. What matters is how the conversation is framed: they know from the first sentence that it is an assistant, it is short and to the point, and the call happens when they have time, including evenings and weekends, which for many candidates beats catching a recruiter between 9 and 5. Anyone who prefers a human can ask at any moment, and you are told.
How do eJobs applications reach me?
You connect the job once, and applications from eJobs and the other channels land in the same list as the ones that arrive by phone or WhatsApp. Nothing is moved by hand between tabs: the candidate shows up with their source and everything they filled in, and goes through the same screening as everyone else.
What happens to candidates' data?
They are stored in the European Union and handled under GDPR. Every candidate consents at the start of the call, can ask for their data or its deletion at any time, and recordings have a retention limit. Your candidates' data belongs to your company: it is not sold and never reaches other employers.
